Datacentre infrastructure vendor, Rittal, has unveiled an Australian partner portal as part of its recently launched channel program.
The new channel program was created alongside Rittal’s first Australian unified value distributor, WhiteGold Solutions.
Resellers can utilise the portal, named Rittal datacentre partner network, to sign up and join one of two tiers within the channel program.
It also aims to aid resellers in training, dealer registration, design tools, lead generation, channel news and market intelligence initiatives.
“Resellers can now on sell the entire suite of Rittal’s IT infrastructure innovations. Our partner program will ensure resellers are equipped with all the tools, education and resources required to effectively service their customers,” Rittal business development manager, Mark Roberts, said.
Roberts claimed, in a statement that its partners play a key role in its go-to-market strategy and in its achievements.
He also reinforced its commitment to its reseller base, in providing them with services, resources and benefits to support their long-term business opportunities.

We are confident that there will be a rapid take-up in the channel and we look forward to partnering closely with our resellers to ensure that they quickly achieve success with Rittal technology," WhiteGold strategic advisor, Leigh Howard, said.
Rittal will also soon launch a few incentive programs throughout the year, the first to be made available at CeBIT in May.
