A year after its initial formation, document management and data protection company, Recall, is extending its partnership with EVault to the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market.
EVault, a Seagate company, is a provider of on-premise software and offsite Cloud services for data backup and recovery.
As part of the agreement, Recall will begin offering a range of EVault data backup and recovery solutions, including EVault software-as-a-service (SaaS) and EVault Endpoint Protection, in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
In a statement, Recall claims the partnership, which is already running in North America, Mexico and Brazil, will set the benchmark for data protection services.
Recall has onsite data protection facilities in all states and territories in Australia except the Northern Territory, and believes this move will strengthen its current services by incorporating onsite Cloud and hybrid data solutions.
“Working with Recall gives us the ability to harness our individual strengths and provide customers more customised offerings tailored to their specific IT needs,” EVault APAC vice-president, Paul Hartzell, said.
“By extending our partnership into the APAC market, we are able to capitalise on a growing market and deliver Cloud-connected solutions to a new cadre of customers who rely on their data to keep their businesses up and running.”
