Marketing services provider, Spark Corporate, has reported its partnership with Transaction Solutions (TAS) Managed Services, which began in January, is progressing as intended.
TAS is a managed services provider (MSP) to financial institutions.
According to Spark managing director, Fred Grebenshikoff, the company initially signed with TAS as it would allow it to “focus on delivering premier data market solutions, more efficient ways of managing clients’ business processes and relationships” and significantly reduce potential IT glitches.
The ultimate goal is to provide clients with reliable and constant access to its services.
The infrastructure upgrade is scheduled to be fully operational at TAS from early April.
Thus far, “moving to TAS has significantly reduced [Spark’s] risk around hardware, and put [its] requirements into the hands of experts with the highest level of technical competence in managed systems for medium-sized businesses,” Grebenshikoff said.
For TAS, the partnership will build on its strategy to provide “true business value through access to leading business solutions,” chief executive officer (CEO), Shane Baker, said.
Baker also believes the partnership caters for the demand in aggregated services in the market.
