The Samsung Galaxy S IV will come in six different models, according to rumours published by US blog Sammobile.
The rumour suggests the upcoming smartphone will be sold in white and black models with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions, as follows:
GT-I9500 Galaxy S IV 16 GB (White)
GT-I9500 Galaxy S IV 32 GB (White)
GT-I9500 Galaxy S IV 64 GB (White)
GT-I9500 Galaxy S IV 16 GB (Black)
GT-I9500 Galaxy S IV 32 GB (Black)
GT-I9500 Galaxy S IV 64 GB (Black)
The model number of the device is likely to be GT-I9500, though a GT-I9505 model may be used in various other markets depending on whether or not LTE connectivity is used.
Despite the rumour of a 64GB model, the Galaxy S IV is expected to come with a microSD card slot for memory expansion.
The Galaxy S IV hasn't officially been announced yet but will be unveiled on Thursday 14 March at a press event in New York.
The device is one of the most hotly-anticipated Android phones of 2013 and is the successor to Samsung's popular Galaxy S III smartphone.
It's widely expected to feature an Exynos 5 Octa (8-core) processor, a 4.99in Super AMOLED full HD display, and a 13-megapixel camera.
