Newly appointed Multiactive MD Frank Hung is touting some pretty strong predictions as the contact management vendor rallies behind a formal channel program and a national expansion plan.
After announcing in March the company would return its focus to the retail sales of its Maximizer product, Multiactive has signaled it also wants a piece of the enterprise market - by opening an office in Sydney.
James Granter, marketing manager Multiactive, claims the company is looking to replicate in NSW and QLD the loyal reseller base it has in Victoria. "The only way to grow in NSW is to open a Sydney office," Granter said.
The formalised channel program will have two tiers, Gold and Platinum, with subsequent levels of priority support and margins. Multiactive will provide free technical and sales training, says Granter.
Multiactive's Maximizer product line ranges from the single user Personal edition, through to its Enterprise edition featuring a Microsoft SQL server database architecture.
"One of our biggest selling points is that we can tier the product on different platforms to suit the customer," Granter said.
According to Multiactive's Hung, the vendor will increase its headcount by 100 per cent and grow its revenue six to eight times within two years.
"Multiactive has yet to fully realise its opportunities for growth. We have focused on Victoria and now we must spread our focus geographically. We will build our business horizontally through geographic spread and vertically with our products," Hung said.
