CTI Communications has finalised a deal for the installation of the Comverse Infosys recording solution in Telstra's Melbourne call centre.
The $1 million contract comes on the heels of another Comverse Infosys win, this time with Deutsche Asset Management. Earlier this year, CTI installed an Apropos call distribution and handling system with the company.
CTI was selected as Comverse Infosys' distributor in October last year. The system records and monitors for agent evaluation and training as well as transaction capture and verification.
"Winning this initial contract with Telstra and gaining an additional contract with Deutsche Asset management is a great success for CTI and we are optimistic about making more sales," said CTI chief Mike Barraclough.
