Arson attack suffered by eisa boss

Johnson Wang, principal of Edge Technology and eisa, was the victim of a heartless arson attack at his home on Monday night, The Sydney Morning Herald reported on Tuesday.

According to the Herald, the attack occurred after midnight at Wang's private residence in the northern Sydney suburb of Killara.

The newspaper reported that Wang awoke to the sound of an intruder alarm and upon investigation found his lounge room on fire. Wang then woke his wife, three children and housekeeper and all escaped unscathed.

The Herald said Hornsby police are investigating and have contacted the Asian Crime Squad to help.

A spokesperson from Wang's Edge Technology office in Sydney confirmed the report as true and said that a shaken Wang had not spoken about the fire to staff when he visited the office briefly on Tuesday, so details remain sketchy.
