Internode has launched a campaign increasing benefits for broadband customers who bundle Internode services by offering free setup and a monthly rental credit of $20 for six months for its recently launched NodeMobile Value voice services.
To take advantage of this Summer SIM offer, customers need to order NodeMobile and bundle their ADSL service and telephone line on a new 24-month contract with Internode.
The offer also applies for new 24-month Naked ADSL contracts.
Internode’s $20 SIM plan, called the NodeMobile Value plan, includes a monthly quota of $450 standard calls and text; $1000 of calls to other NodeMobiles; 1.5 GB of 3G Data; and 150 GB of social media data. Higher plans with increased allowances are also available. This offer is not available with the Starter plan.
Standardised cost information for NodeMobile applicable to the afore-mentioned monthly quota is:
- A two-minute national mobile call will cost $2.15
- A standard national mobile SMS will cost $0.25
- 1 Megabyte of data within Australia will cost $0.20
Existing Internode customers can also re-contract for 24 months to take advantage of the offer if they are uncontracted now or have less than six months to go on their existing contract.
Internode Product Manager, Jim Kellett, said the Summer SIM campaign highlighted the benefits for customers buying multiple services from Internode.
“This is a great incentive that rewards customers who bring their phone to NodeMobile and commit to a 24-month broadband service,” he said.
Internode has also extended its Eve sales campaign in South Australia to woo new customers who want to sign up for one of its Naked ADSL2+ broadband services.
Launched last month, Internode’s initial Eve sales campaign offered free service setup and a monthly credit of $49.95 for three months to new customers who chose an Easy Broadband 200GB (or higher) plan and bundled it with a NodeLine phone service for 24 months.
Internode is now offering free setup and a monthly credit of $49.95 for three months to new customers who sign up for the company’s Easy Naked broadband services for 24 months.
Internode's special offer is aimed at making it easy to switch by offering savings that may exceed the contract break fees from a customer's existing provider.
Internode founder, Simon Hackett, said the Eve campaign extension would appeal to people who were unhappy with their existing broadband provider.
