Frontrange has launched its GoldMine FrontOffice 2002 CRM software incorporating GoldMine Sales & Marketing. The automation software helps design, execute and track marketing and sales processes. It also offers lead qualification, sales forecasting and cross-selling. The new features of Sales & Marketing include enhanced integration and data sharing with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Outlook. The integration allows users to link e-mails to customer contacts. This means that users can also send e-mails from Outlook to any GoldMine Sales & Marketing contact and have the mail automatically linked to the contact's history in GoldMine. The new software also offers closer integration with Microsoft Exchange. The software is available immediately and comes with a price tag of $995 (ex GST).
