IT infrastructure and business services provider, Southern Cross, has opened a branch in Sydney, further expanding its IT infrastructure network.
The Sydney office will be led by Greg Scholten, who has had over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
The office’s initial focus will be on Southern Cross’ range of IT services - including technology solutions, managed services, information security and IP Surveillance Consulting.
Scholten was most recently country manager for Firescope. Prior to that, he spent five years as NSW sales manager for NetApp. He also has experience working with startups in San Francisco.
“Greg will be building the Southern Cross brand throughout the Sydney market. He begins with the assistance of the technical resources that support our existing client base in NSW.
“This development continues our strategic growth plans in new geographic markets," Southern Cross commercial general manager, Mike Sakalas, said.
