Wireless broadband provider, vividwireless, has chosen to deploy Responsys’ Interact Suite and Interact for Display to execute its cross-channel lifecycle marketing programs.
Responsys is a provider of email and cross-channel marketing solutions.
The solutions will be used as part of an integrated email and display retargeting program rollout, which aims to expand vividwireless customer touch points and drive increased engagement and return on investment (ROI).
“When evaluating potential partners, it was the high quality team and proven customer success that gave vividwireless the confidence to select Responsys,” vividwireless CEO, Martin Mercer, said.
Additionally, vividwireless required a system that could allow it to maintain continuous and relevant dialogue with customers without locking them into a fixed term contract.
“This is where the Responsys platform will have a significant impact, as it will allow targeted communication based on the customer’s behaviour, choice or product and business relationship they chose to have with us, in the channel they want,” Mercer said.
Previously, vividwireless was using an in-house email marketing system which has limited functionality, and forced it to execute simple batch and blast email campaigns.
