Ray Pipes to join professional services team to implement new projects

Unified IP business communications vendor, Interactive Intelligence (II), has appointed Ray Pipes as senior systems engineer for A/NZ.

Pipes, who will be based in Melbourne, will be part of the II professional services team, and his main responsibility will be implementing new projects.

He will also assist with support, hosting, installation, field and managed services for customers and partners within the region.

Additionally, he will act as mentor for new recruits.

“Both our customers and partners will now have the opportunity to tap into the additional experience and skills of an individual who has more than 10 years of experience in working across our product suite,” II APAC managing director, Brendan Maree, said.

Pipes will bring another perspective to II’s deployment methodology, allowing the company to further improve its delivery of Customer Interaction Center, according to Maree

Previously, Pipes held the role of computer telephony engineer at Elingo, an II accredited reseller in South Africa. He has more than 13 years of experience in computer telephony.
