Oxygen appoints Dickinson as CEO

Former CEO, Smith, leaves role as he does not wish to relocate

SAP consulting firm, Oxygen Business Solutions, a UXC owned company, has appointed Stuart Dickinson as its new CEO.

Dickinson was previously Oxygen’s general manager for consulting and solutions in Australia. He has also filled other key executive roles since the company’s inception in 2001.

In his new role, Dickinson aims to extend Oxygen’s SAP solutions and maintain the company’s reputation for achieving real business value for clients.

“Throughout my time heading Oxygen’s Australian consulting team I have worked hard to help build a pragmatic organisation that has allowed customers to improve business agility and extract maximum value from their investment,” Dickinson said.

Dickinson is replacing Mike Smith, who as been CEO of the company since 2002. During his period as CEO, Smith led the company to achieve revenues in A/NZ of over $650 million.

“The time is right for the chief executive role to be based in Australia so the company can continue its strong regional growth,” Smith said.

Smith left the role as he decided, for personal reasons, not to relocate.
