Fave Raves: Loyal Spiceworks community chimes in

Spiceworks users continue to heap praise on the open-source IT management suite, lauding its features, cost (free) and community support.

For the second year in a row, the Spiceworks user community responded in droves when we asked IT pros to write in and tell Network World about their favorite enterprise IT products. (See the full recap of IT pros' favorite products here.) We limited the main product roundup to one rave per vendor, but couldn't resist sharing a few extra snippets from the passionate Spiceworks crowd.
