Internode streamlines service transfer for Telstra BigPond customers

Transferring from BigPond ADSL to Internode Easy Broadband is now a one-step process.

Telstra BigPond customers that want to leave the ISP can now move to Internode with minimum disruption to their service.

Internode was snapped up by iiNet at the end of 2011.

Last week iiNet cut down the time it takes for customers to transfer an ADSL service over from a competitor.

Internode has introduced a single service transfer process to reduce the standard two-week disruption period for broadband service transfers exclusively for BigPond customers.

Transferring from BigPond ADSL to Internode Easy Broadband is now a one-step process, according to Internode product manager, Jim Kellett.
