CoSoSys goes on a channel recruitment drive in Australia

Security vendor is looking to extend its reseller channel to Asia-Pacific

Security vendor, CoSoSys, is currently on the prowl for Australian resellers to promote its endpoint security products in the Australian market.

The company deals with endpoint security, device control and data loss prevention solutions, and hopes to recruit Australian partners to introduce CoSoSys products to Australian market.

Having already received an increased number of requests from potential customers in the A/NZ region for its Device Control and Data Loss Prevention solution called Endpoint Protector, CoSoSys sales director, Cristina Pop, feels that time is right to enter the local market.

“We have seen a number of requests from the region that show great interest and need for our product,” she said.

“With the recent success of the Endpoint Protector Hardware Appliance and the Virtual Appliance, we feel that we need to bond with resellers in Australia and New Zealand in order to come closer to our customers.”

Additionally, Pop is convinced that the company has a very strong product and feature pipeline for 2012 that needs local partners to realise its “full market potential.”

“With the help of a committed partner, we can get closer to potential customers and offer them the right endpoint security solutions that suit their businesses needs and, at the same time, help them being compliant with the highest security standards,” she said.

Australia in particular has been identified as a great market for the company to extend its customer channel for endpoint security solutions.

At the same time, Pop hopes that the move will energise its distribution channel by building “strong and lasting partnerships” with local resellers and distributors.

The types of partners CoSoSys is looking for are those with a good distribution channel and an established customer base that understands customers’ needs for device control and DLP solutions.

“The resellers we are looking for partnering with can be of any size, with a preferred customer base of small and medium sized businesses, interested in promoting our products and working closely with our team for great results, guaranteeing maximum quality and most importantly their customers’ satisfaction,” Pop said.
