Flash memory products supplier, Lexar, has released its Professional 1000x CompactFlash (CF) card, as well as a range of Professional 600x and 400x memory cards.
The 1000x memory card is compatible with all UDMA CF and CF devices, promising minimum sustained read speeds of 150mbps, and high framerate 20mbps video capture streaming with its support for Video Performance Guarantee (VPG-20) specification.
The Professional 600x and 400x range, consisting of the Professional 600x SDXC (Secure Digital Extended Capacity) UHS-I, 600x SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) UHS-I, 400x SDXC UHS-I, and 400x SDHC UHS-I, offer 90mbps and 60mbps transfer speeds (respectively).
Aimed at accelerated digital workflow for enthusiasts, the products clear camera buffer for maintained shooting and file transfer when paired with compatible readers. Each is also equipped with Image Rescue 4 software for the recovery of lost or deleted files.
The Professional 1000x CompactFlash card is available in 16GB for $169.99; 32GB for $299.99; 64GB for $529.99; 128GB for $899.99.
The Professional 600x UHS-I cards available in February are as follows: 16GB - $92.90; 32GB - $159.3. The 64GB capacity is scheduled for March at $337.10.
