Telco giant, Telstra, has launched an online mobile solutions search tool as part of its Mobility Partner Program.
The new tool offers the ability to search for companies providing business mobility solutions and connect to partners in the program.
Telstra director of M2M and partners, Mike Cihra, said the initiative provides partners an additional avenue for sales, promotion and brand awareness.
“With the growth of mobile solutions such as machine-to-machine technology, the Mobility Partner Program represents a critical one-stop-shop for both customers and Telstra partners to come together to find the right technology solution that will work to its optimum on our Next G network,” Cihra said.
The telco has about 144 partners signed up under its Mobility Partner Program.
Cihra said during the past year it had been working hard to develop and build partner relationships and it was looking to add more to the fold.
"We've had a lot more companies register and become a partner - more than what we expected," he said. "We're launching this into the market so Australians can see what's available with solutions, devices and productivity opportunities.
"We're looking to grow it as much as we can."
Cihra said it many different types of partners within its program including integrators, hardware, software and application developers.
