NoQ is an easy to use, affordable system that allows retailers to accept pre-orders and payments placed by customers with an iPhone and fulfil them before the customer arrives at the store.
You can use the app to order products from multiple retailers rather than having one app dedicated to each brand. NoQ is usable by retailers of any size, allowing you to place prepaid orders quickly and easily. It requires no special hardware and is simple for staff to learn and use.
Using a simple online ordering screen on an iPhone, NoQ lets you place orders before visiting a cafe or store. You can also customise orders by adding or deleting ingredients or sending a special message to the store.
With every order, there is the option to set a collection time, which is confirmed back to your iPhone by the store. The retailer then issues an online receipt and confirms a time to collect the order. Payment occurs automatically and via credit card using the secure CTEL payment gateway.
NoQ also uses social media to promote its brand through personal trust networks. When you place an order through NoQ, it offers the option to post on Facebook or tweet that you have just “jumped the queue with NoQ” at a particular store.
