In this new role, he will oversee Epsilon’s operations in the Europe (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions, leading both regions in expanding the breadth and depth of Epsilon’s services in support of global and local brands.
He will also focus on constructing these relationships and creating solutions through strategic data analytics, by integrating marketing execution across touch points to grow its clients’ capability in delivering personalised, positive customer experience and growing customer loyalty.

According to Lavoie, Powers’ experience in international marketing strategy and execution positions Epsilon for continued global growth.
"Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to our growth and demonstrated his deep understanding of our business. His origins in the UK give him an intimate understanding of Western European culture," Lavoie said.
Powers has held various management roles within Epsilon in his 10 years in the company.
He stated that he intends to expand Epsilon’s catalogue of data-driven direct marketing service offerings in both APAC and EMEA, and bring the two regions closer together, leveraging the company’s global experiences, knowledge and best practices on how to best use data, email, database and integration of channels to increase marketing ROI for companies.
