Smartphone vendor, HTC, has launched a two-week long experiential marketing campaign throughout select Westfield Centres in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland to promote its HTC EVO 3D.
The premium dual core smartphone captures in 3D but, more importantly, those images can be shared anytime with anybody on its ‘no glasses required’ 4.3-inch 3D super LCD display.
The HTC EVO 3D will be available on all major Australian carrier networks – carriers will be announcing pricing, plans and availability details shortly.
Other key features include: Android Gingerbread 2.3.4 OS with the latest HTC Sense user experience, dual core 1.2GHz processor, dual 5 megapixel cameras, front facing 1.3 megapixel camera, HSDPA 14.4 Mbps/HSUPA 5.76 Mbps and DLNA and HDMI (MHL) video output.
HTC A/NZ country manager, Ben Hodgson, said bringing the experience to consumers via experiential zones in Westfield Shopping Centres allowed for an in-depth, hands-on experience with the device.
“The HTC EVO 3D brings a whole new level of technology and user experience to Australian consumers,” he stated.
The experiential zones are located at the following Westfield Centres:
New South Wales
- Westfield Sydney: Already started, ends Sunday, September 18
- Westfield Bondi Junction: Monday, September 19, to Friday, September 23
