Visual display vendor, ViewSonic, has launched its 48 Series LED monitor range that is available in 24-, 22- and 19-inch varieties.
Designed to complement its 53 Series, the monitors use the same ‘green’ technology which are mercury-free, environmentally friendly and save up to 50 per cent power consumption.
Featuring a 24-inch LED backlit screen, the VA2448m-LED is a thin bezel widescreen monitor with integrated speakers. The VA2448m-LED is combined with 16:9 ratio and standard Full HD, allowing for a wider range of tasks.
It features a dynamic contrast ratio, 300nit luminance and a selection of high-definition input signals. OptiSync technology of digital/analog signal input and a double interface of VGA and DVI-D allow multiple connectivity options for a range of entertainment devices. Its automatic adjustment function, restores correct proportions to images in movies, games and websites.
The ViewSonic 48 Series also includes the 22-inch VA2248m-LED and 19-inch VA1948m-LED monitors.
The series is a low-cost solution for small office or home office (SOHO) applications, enterprise, government and education. It also targets budget-conscious students and parents of young learners.
The ViewSonic 53 Series is a more high-end, environmentally friendly LED display solution. It is available in 27-, 24- and 22-inch.
It also incorporates mercury-free LED backlighting, 1ms response times (VX2753mh-LED), Full HD 1080p with 1920x1080 resolution and a 30,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.
The 48 Series LED monitor range is available in Australia from $189 and prices for the 53 Series start at $229.
