This makes it the first Australian partner to have six Master Specialisations under its belt and also the highest accredited partner in the Asia Pacific and Japan region.
The Master Specialisations Insentra achieved include endpoint management, storage management, enterprise security, data protection, archiving and eDiscovery, and high availability. The specialisations recognise partner expertise in providing advanced consulting services in a specific technology area.
“By achieving six Symantec Master Specialisations, Insentra continues to demonstrate its commitment and investment in supporting Symantec and the channel to deliver quality outcomes for customers,” Insentra CEO, Ronnie Altit, said. “It is imperative that we secure and maintain the highest levels of accreditation available to provide our partners with the confidence that Insentra is a ‘safe pair of hands’ for their customers.”
To achieve the specialisations, partners are required to demonstrate deep knowledge and proficiency in a solution family.
“Insentra has made a significant investment to its customers and Symantec with Specialisations across several fields. Now, with six Master Specialisations they are showing a commitment to continue delivering an in-depth level of advice and understanding of Symantec solutions to customers across the region as well as building the knowledge base of their already experienced staff,” Symantec Pacific region vice-president and managing director, Craig Scroggie, said.
The Symantec specialisation program went live in April this year.
