X-Pert Group Australia will offer international Atern Agile Project Management (PM) certification and accreditation, under the license of APMG-Australasia.
Known as DSDM Atern, this latest PM approach delivers best practice guidance for the on time, on budget and successful delivery of Agile projects.
The course is targeted at project managers requiring the knowledge of traditional PM approaches, such as CAPM, PMP and PRINCE2, or operating in an Agile systems development environment and need to be able to run projects in a more complex and scalable way.
It is suitable for projects of all size and adaptable to any business sector.
X-Pert Group Australia managing director, Clinton Veld, said the program ensures flexible project types meet all the essential user requirements – including deadlines, budgets and strategic goals, with effective project governance practises.
The practice trails the Agile project delivery method, whereby projects go through a measured start to gain enough understanding in constructing fully scalable products and through the time -boxed project lifespan.
“Great focus is placed on ensuring participants feel confident that they have the knowledge and ability to complete their Atern Agile PM certification and accreditation, and to be able to apply their newly learnt skills to their projects,” Veld said.
The Atern Agile PM certification and accreditation course can be completed in three days, but includes an option to assume a fourth day for those intending on becoming a certified and accredited Atern Agile PM Practitioner.
