Oracle CRM On Demand has given Telstra Wholesale the impetus and tools to maintain a stronger and integrated customer relationship management (CRM) system that captures all sales and marketing activities in one secure location.
The reporting and dashboard functions of Oracle CRM On Demand Analytics enables Telstra Wholesale’s staff to collate, analyse and process data more quickly.
The company also intends to deploy Oracle CRM On Demand Marketing to launch and track campaigns for newly-released products and manage customer and promotional events via survey and email distribution capabilities.
