Telstra Wholesale implements Oracle CRM On Demand

Aims to increase customer satisfaction and streamline business processes

Telstra Wholesale has implemented Oracle CRM On Demand modules to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline its sales automation processes and lower operational costs.

Telstra Wholesale is a department of Telstra that sells access to its networks into the wholesale market.

According to Telstra, the Oracle CRM was selected as it integrates easily with its existing IT infrastructure to deliver more security and opportunity management.

Oracle CRM On Demand has given Telstra Wholesale the impetus and tools to maintain a stronger and integrated customer relationship management (CRM) system that captures all sales and marketing activities in one secure location.

The reporting and dashboard functions of Oracle CRM On Demand Analytics enables Telstra Wholesale’s staff to collate, analyse and process data more quickly.

The company also intends to deploy Oracle CRM On Demand Marketing to launch and track campaigns for newly-released products and manage customer and promotional events via survey and email distribution capabilities.

Telstra Wholesale group managing director, Stuart Lee, said, “Our deployment of Oracle CRM On Demand was the right fit as it helped us to quickly and efficiently update customer information and better respond to queries and opportunities. It has set the benchmark for how our sales and marketing teams currently operate.”
