Printer vendor, Fuji Xerox Printers, launched its Ultimate Office program for resellers in Australia.
Ultimate Office is designed to assist resellers in introducing enterprise level technology and solutions to SME customers that want to achieve increased productivity and improve predictability of costs.
According to Fuji Xerox Printers Australia and New Zealand general manager, David Borg, Ultimate Office came about from feedback received from channel partners.
“They were saying that they needed help and assistance in bringing together various partners and third party solution providers in a succinct and profitable way to customers,” Borg explained.
“We’re bringing those third party partners in with Ultimate Office, showcasing our new technology, and putting it all together in a way that makes it easy for an SME reseller to package that for their customers.”
Borg said channel partners didn’t always have the knowledge or the capabilities to put some of these solutions together.
Fuji Xerox Printers Asia Pacific managing director, James Henderson, expects Ultimate Office will bolster its position in the channel and enhance partner relationships.
“We believe that you need to define productivity for the customer in a better way and find more value and innovation so it fits into mobility and the apps that they are using, making their costs more manageable within expectations,” Henderson said.
Fuji Xerox Printers recently promoted Rex Palmer to the position of NSW and ACT sales manager.
