Local independent technology service provider, AWA Limited, will deliver full service support to all NSW Roads and Traffic Authority [RTA] motor registries.
Under the three-year contract, AWA will be required to provide field service, logistics, parts management and depot repairs for a comprehensive range of RTA equipment.
This equipment is critical for providing services to all RTA customers and employees at its 231 NSW sites.
The range of equipment mirrors the array of applications found in a typical Motor Registry including both Apple and Wintel desktops PC’s, vehicle registration printers, fluorescent tube eye charts and specialised photo licence printers.
AWA Limited managing director, Mark Rainbird, said, “This is an exciting new strategic partnership for AWA and we look forward to helping the RTA maintain a good customer experience across NSW.”
