Local business software products and services provider, ComOps, has expanded its A/NZ multi-tiered channel reseller program.
The company’s flagship program enables customers to pick from a range of vendors with specialised practices for the purchase and deployment of ComOps’ sales force automation, business intelligence, workforce rostering and OHS and risk management software solutions.
The updated reseller partner program now includes strengthening client relationships, entering new markets and driving sales through collaboration.
The program is three-tiered – gold, silver and blue – to recognise the varying reseller business strategies and proficiencies and provides flexible partnership options.
Resellers have a choice of competency options most relevant to their business which include sales force automation, business intelligence, workforce optimisation and OHS and risk management software solutions.
They can also choose the extent in partnering once they selected their specific competencies.
Some benefits of the program include: sales and implementation training and support, marketing support, account management, complementary software licenses, services revenues and lead generation program support.
ComOps general manager of solutions marketing, Daniel Sheahan, said the company plans to use the program to progress through enhanced relationships and incentives with its channel partners.
“The programme’s training schemes, resources and rewards for committed partners are designed so that they can work with us effectively. It will better enable our partners to provide current products to customers and take their share of these rapidly growing markets,” he said.
