National IT services provider, Bridge IT, has rebranded itself to operate as Diversus Group Solutions (DG Solutions).

It has been operating in Australia since 2006 and has more than 40 staff nationally. It also provides solutions to national and international organisations with large complex data centre requirements.

According to DG Solutions managing director, Denis Maguire, the company was made into a single brand as the two companies always operated in an integrated manner and merging it will enable easier communication with the market.

Organisationally and functionally, there will be no changes made to management staff as a result of the rebranding. “It is purely only a branding exercise and it offers a much more clarity to the market,” Maguire said.

He added that it brings greater focus and unity to the newly established Diversus Group brand, in terms of serving its technology partners, high customer service and a high-touch model with its customers.

The company celebrated its name change with a cocktail function at its new premises in North Sydney with key customers and partners – including NetApp, Cisco, Commvault and FireScope.

According to Maguire, the company success results from its partnerships created with companies such as NetApp and Cisco.

“We will continue to implement solutions for our customers with exceptionally designed, configured and deployed Cisco UCS, NetApp FlexPod & NetApp V-Series,” he said.

In the long term, DG solutions intends to internationally expand into large, new markets and will be internally discussing strategies for it.
