Local business software products and services provider, ComOps, has appointed Robert Bennett as its latest client services general manager for A/NZ.
In his role, Bennett will be responsible for professional services, client support and managed services across the company’s operations within the region.
It includes support for the company’s suite of solutions including ERP, business intelligence, mobile sales force automation, e-commerce, risk management and safety compliance, workforce management and human capital management.
Bennett intends to use his 25 years in customer management, strategic partner enablement and the establishment, promotion and operation of technical centres in the US, Australia, China and Singapore to his advantage.
Prior to joining ComOps, he served at CA technologies as its program director, responsible for the partner enablement programs in Asia-Pacific. He held various other positions in the company, including director for technical support, partner support lead, strategy and planning, and maintenance and support.
Bennett also worked as senior manager of technical support at Concord Communications Asia-Pacific, led the technical service teams while at IBA Health Services and operated in technical service and support roles for Compuware Asia-Pacific, Uniface, Concurrent Computer Corporation, Ford Aerospace and the US Air Force.
He graduated with a Masters of International Business degree from the University of Wollongong.
Bennett will be based in ComOps’ Sydney office.
