Quest Software's new Quest Partner Circle is a unified, global partner program that supports the company’s reseller, referral and distribution partners.
The program offers partners a fully integrated and transparent engagement model across the Global systems management solution provider's solutions.
It includes identity and access management, application performance monitoring, data protection, administration and automation, migration and consolidation and development and optimisation
Quest Software vice-president of worldwide channel and alliances, Michael Sotnick, said unifying the global partner program under a single worldwide framework will bring together more than 4500 partners from diverse programs to work more closely and successfully with Quest.
“The Quest Partner Circle was developed to build a strong foundation for recruiting, educating and engaging partners of all types and sizes,” he said.
It offers a new tiered structure, robust sales and technical training, worldwide deal registration and rewards based on revenue and specialisation.
The three tiers in the structure – elite, premier and registered - are differentiated by investment model for pricing, discounts, services and opportunity management.
The program includes a role-based curriculum featuring seven solution specialisations, more than 100 classes to help partners meet customer requirements, a Quest partner certification program, partner-ready campaigns, sales incentives and discounts and referral fees.
It also includes 24x7 support portal access for issue resolution and tracking – including business-critical and executive-level sponsorship for the elite partners and marketing and sales support, which includes a multi-million dollar Market Development Fund (MDF) for elite and premier partners.
