For an increasing amount of professionals, the iPad’s portability and ease of use has made it an attractive choice as a note taking tool.
While the iPad comes bundled with Apple’s own Notes application, it is a bit scant on features and input is limited to only text entry.
One of Notes Plus’ selling point is that it allows for non-keyboard based input, so you can scribble notes in your own handwriting and create diagrams, though you’ll most likely get the best results by using a stylus.
Another highlight of Notes Plus is the robust export feature, ensuring that your notes can be easily shared between devices via PDF, image or email.
Only minor quirks in the user interface, such as a less-than-intuitive vertical page layout, hold back on otherwise excellent note taking package.
Pros: Full of features and export options
Cons: User interface is not as slick as it could be
Verdict: If you are looking for a note taking tool packed with features and options, then Notes Plus could fit the bill.
