PC maker, Acer Australia, has revamped its Aspire One Happy notebook range into Aspire One Happy 2 – which comes in four new colours.
The netbook series was designed for fashion conscious consumers on the move, hence the new colours: Papaya Milk, Strawberry Yoghurt, Blueberry Juice and Banana Cream.
Acer senior product manager of consumer notebook, Chris Osborne, said, “Our newest vibrant shells are just one of the updates made to our Aspire netbook range. It is powered by the latest Intel Atom N570 processor and is still the most compact netbook from Acer.”
The Aspire One Happy 2 features an all new design with a ripple effect on the front, weighs 1.3kg, a 10.1-inch display incorporating Acer CineCrystal LED-backlit TFT LCD and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150.
It is fitted with a 93 per cent full size keyboard with larger keys and a wide multi-gesture touchpad and also includes Bluetooth 3.0, which is a first for Aspire One.
Its other features are: Wi-Fi connection, a built-in webcam, a multi-in-one card reader slot, USB 2.0 x 3 ports, VGA, headphone/speaker ports, Ethernet port and Windows Starter 7.
The Aspire One Happy 2 range is available from all local Acer authorised distributors and retailers at RRP $399.
