iiNet introduces BoB2

The latest version of the all-in-one Internet and phone system features a in-built answering machine, colour handset screen and secure wireless

iiNet has taken the wrappers off its latest version of BoB2 as well as revealing the iiNet Wireless Bridge.

The all-in-one Internet and phone system, BoB2 includes extra features on top of the original release, including a in-built answering machine, colour handset screen and secure wireless. Its feature description also states the machine is NBN ready.

The iiNet Wireless Bridge fills in the gap between any BoB modem and a fetchtv set-top-box, enabling it to be streamed around the house without cables or rewiring.

Customers can expect to pay $279 or $199 on a 24-month contract for BoB2. The iiNet Wireless Bridge will cost $119 for a pair.

The iiNet BoB device was first introduced into the Australian market in August 2009.
