Through achieving this status, Insentra has the capability to develop and provide training programs across the country for Symantec customers and partners using its own Symantec-certified instructors.
“This partnership will enable Insentra to deliver a range of training programs, including standard and customised courses, for the Symantec channel community to take to their customers,” Insentra CEO, Ronnie Altit, said.
“Our investment to deliver Symantec training programs demonstrates our commitment to the value-add channel model on which our company is based.”
Symantec Pacific region vice-president and managing director, Craig Scroggie, said key factors that contributed towards appointing Insentra as an EDP, were down to its in-depth understanding of Symantec’s enterprise products along with its experienced staff.
“One of the key benefits of working with Insentra will be their flexibility to tailor Symantec training programs to meet specific needs of our customers and partners,” Scroggie said.
Altit launched his channel services business in May last year.
