HP recently awarded more than 20 high achieving Australian sales representatives across the HP Enterprise Server, Storage and Networking (ESSN) business for their commitment and hard work in 2010.
Together with their partners, the high achievers were taken on a six-day trip to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Oman, where they visited bazaars, checked out the breathtaking scenery and enjoyed the buzz of a mystical city alive with remnants of a colourful history.
HP Australia Country Channel Manager – ESSN, Chris Spence, hosted the trip that began with a whirlwind stop in Abu Dhabi featuring helicopters and seaplanes. The winners were then whisked to Dubai for lunch at the Burj Al Arab, followed by winning post seating at the Dubai World Cup – the race that stops the Arab Nation.
Other activities included a trip to the spectacular Sheik Zayed grand mosque, the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital and to Ferrari World where guests travelled 220km/hr on the world’s fastest rollercoaster.
In Oman, partners went sailing on a luxury catamaran, embarked on a desert tour and 4WD drove across Muscat’s expansive sand dunes.
They also had the opportunity to sample the best of the local cuisine.
