Netforce has received PowerTel's VPN Partner of the Year Award for the second year in a row.
The IT and communications provider also scored the Customer Service Excellence award.
Both were handed out during the vendor's partner forum on Queensland's Gold Coast last month.
"With more than 150 PowerTel partners, it is an outstanding achievement for Netforce," PowerTel general manager of wholesale, Scott Carter, said.
"The award recognises outstanding customer service initiatives such as valued customer experience, organisational collaboration, customer-centric processes and customer satisfaction metrics."
Netforce director of infrastructure solutions, Scott Atkinson, attributed the win to the company's investment in developing additional value adds over and above what the standard PowerTel VPN service offered.
The awards follow Netforce's achievement of PowerTel platinum partner status in September.
It launched voice ready networks over the PowerTel VPN in the last quarter of 2004 and will soon be releasing a full range of voice and data solutions.
