Melbourne-based IT solutions provider, Kiandra IT, has earned AS/NZS ISO 9001 certification after undergoing what the company said was “a stringent evaluation process".
Clinching the international standard for quality management comes after an evaluation process that included quality management system development, documentation review, pre-audit, and initial assessment and clearance of non-conformances.
Kiandra managing director, Cameron Brookes, said the certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 was a significant achievement for the company, which has been providing IT products and services to companies of all sizes for over 15 years.
“Compliance with this standard was a natural progression for Kiandra as we increase our national footprint and strengthen our presence in new areas, particularly in the government sector,” Brookes said in a statement.
“With this certification, our customers can be confident that Kiandra is dedicated to continuing to provide the high quality services they have come to expect and rely on."
The company was also recognised as the Microsoft Worldwide Partner of the Year back in 2009.
