Software vendor, Symantec, has added extra resources aiming to help partners generate more business in the market.
The Symantec Partner Support Centre for Marketing features a broad range of marketing tools and programs to help generate new business.
The Renewals Partner Portal provides a one-stop location to view and manage all renewals sales opportunities. It features the ability to issue quotes, co-termination quotes, extracting business data and managing recurring business opportunities in real time.
“The investment into the renewals partner portal and partner support centre for marketing reinforces Symantec’s dedication to investing in and promoting the growth of our partners and enabling them to differentiate their business, maximise their revenues, and simplify their business processes,” Symantec Pacific region vice-president and managing director, Craig Scroggie, said.
Symantec also recently beefed up its specialisations adding Encryption Solutions to the fold.
To achieve the Encryption Solutions Specialisation, partners must complete sales and technical accreditation across Symantec encryption products including PGP Encryption and Symantec Endpoint Encryption.
