Service management software provider, Kaseya, has hired Dermot McCann as its new managing director for A/NZ, filling the role left by Tim Dickinson.
In November, Dickinson was promoted to a regional business development position covering Oceania and South East Asia. In the interim, Kaseya senior vice-president APAC, Martin Ashby, took on the responsibilities during the search for a replacement.
Top priorities for McCann include planning and executing Kaseya’s business expansion across managed services and enterprise markets.
Prior to joining Kaseya, McCann worked for IBM Australia and was responsible for client management in the media and entertainment sector. He was also the CIO for Logicalis Australia.
“Dermot brings highly commendable experience, knowledge and understanding of the Australian and New Zealand market into his new role, which Kaseya will benefit from as we look to grow our market share in this region,” Ashby said in a statement.
