LG Electronics is likely to be the first phone vendor with a 3D option.
It has annoounced it will release a glasses-free 3D phone at the Mobile World Congress in a two weeks time..
This will be the second consumer glasses-free 3D device to hit the marketplace, following closely the Nintendo 3DS handheld gaming console.
Features include a dual-lens camera for 3D recording, HDMI and DLNA connectivity options for 3D content sharing.
There’s little else known at this stage, other than that the device will be shown in a live demo at LG’s booth at the Mobile World Congress, from February 14 to 17.
