ACA deal to open up CRM opportunities


IT distributor ACA Pacific has signed a partnership agreement with Multiactive Software that will create greater opportunities for resellers in the CRM (customer relationship management) arena.

The exclusive partnership will see ACA Pacific distribute Multiactive's CRM-based solutions to its broad reseller network, which extends across Australia.

ACA Pacific's resellers will now be able to access Multiactive's CRM products, support and training. According to ACA Pacific marketing director Raj Saini, the agreement gives resellers the opportunity to tap into a market that is showing explosive potential in Australia.

"Resellers will be able to benefit from growth in the CRM market and any margins there," Saini said.

Under the agreement, ACA Pacific and Multiactive will also set up a CRM centre in which resellers can demonstrate their products to their clients, as well as hold conferences and training. "Our aim is to help resellers sell," said James Tan, Multiactive's channel manager.

The CRM centres, located in Sydney and Melbourne, are expected to open this month. Regional resellers will receive support and training through roadshows, on-the-road demonstrations and training sessions on offer Australia-wide.
