Communication and collaboration services provider, Broadreach, has taken the wrappers of its new website.
The new site provides improved client service functionality, allowing clients to login, create and monitor the status of cases and approval to close cases.
The site also features an improved layout, specific case studies and more details on its managed services capabilities.
In September, Broadreach upgraded its network and service infrastructure to help launch its video network operations centre.
