Network security provider, SonicWall, has restructured its Medallion Partner Program in an effort provide more support and value for resellers.
Under the new enhancements, partners will receive additional benefits and services such as access to a deal registration program, where partners can register deals in development and receive additional discounts and presales assistance, as well as lost deal protection.
It offers exclusive benefits and increased levels of support such as revenue rebates, sales incentives, marketing tools and presales support.
“Our partners have already demonstrated their commitment to aggressively growing with SonicWall in the lucrative A/NZ market and we want to enable them to have full access to the support and tools necessary to achieve this growth,” SonicWall country manager, Dean Redman, said.
“This updated program is designed to assist our partners to win new business, increase margins and achieve higher levels of profitability. We provide them the tools to capitalise on the market opportunity and leap ahead of the competition.”
Its program consists of three levels such as Approved, Silver and Gold.
Redman said it would also work with Approved partners to identify opportunities to move up the partner ranks. Across A/NZ SonicWall has about 300 partners.
“We’re changing as a business and this is the next step for us,” he said. “We want to make sure that we’re a profitable partner for our resellers.”
The vendor has also hired Karen Delaney as its national channel manager.
