ASX-listed services provider, ASG (ASX: ASZ), has extended its IT services deal with the WA Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) for five years.
The contract will deliver $16 million per year over the five years, with scope to provide $20 million in additional project services over the contract period.
It is for the provision of a comprehensive range of IT services as well as application services, a technology review and extended professional consulting services.
“ASG secured a number of major contracts in the last half year and we are particularly pleased to announce such a significant contract extension so early in the new financial year,” ASG Group chief officer of sales and strategic operations, Murray Rosa, said in a statement.
Other deals ASG has landed in the past were with Vodafone Hutchison Australia and the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, which are worth a combined value of $220 million.
ASG estimates it has an opportunity pipeline in excess of $626 million.
