Contact centre specialist boosts team

Lake Corporation hires Chris Rockell and Paul Morrissey to help support its growth in A/NZ

Contact centre solutions specialist, Lake Corporation, has made two new appointments to support its growth.

Chris Rockell takes on the newly created role of national operations manager and reports to Lake founder and CEO, John Latreille.

Paul Morrissey fills a new business development role and will report to sales director, Richard Kilkelly.

Prior to joining Lake, Morrissey was with Telstra dealership, Business Connect, where he was the director of sales and marketing.

He also spent 10 years with Telstra Business Systems culminating in his position as sales manager running a team of account managers generating $30 million in sales revenue.

Rockell previously worked for Avaya reseller, Global Connect, as its national support operations manager. His resume also features 10 years in support roles with Aspect Software.

Australian-owned Lake was founded in 1992 and counts major banks and other financial institutions, telecommunications carries, telemarketers, service bureau and collections agencies amongst in clients.
