Antivirus vendor, Kaspersky Lab, has promoted Andrew Mamonitis, as its new A/NZ country manager.
Prior to this, he was the sales director for the region.
Mamonitis will focus on further developing the vendor’s market positions in the consumer and corporate sectors, sales growth and the maintaining its local support.
His promotion comes on the back of Alexey Gromyko moving to a senior role with Kaspersky in the Asia-Pacific region.
APAC managing director, Harry Cheung, said the appointments reflect the vendor’s commitment to increase its market share in A/NZ.
“Andrew has been instrumental in strengthening our market presence through our partner program in the region and we are delighted that he will head our operations there,” Cheung said.
