Vodafone Hutchinson Australia (VHA) has enhanced its mobile broadband plans.

VHA runs the Vodafone and 3 mobile chains. It recently announced all 3 mobile stores will be re-branded to Vodafone and 3 shops which carry both brands.

The plans are now available in prepaid, monthly and 12-month plans.

VHA has also added a Data Plus Starter pack for prepaid. This includes a free USB modem and 6GB of included data with three-month expiry for $99.

For post-paid, a $15 per month now nets users1.5GB data allowance, $29 per month is 4GB, $39 is 8GB and $49 gets 10GB.

Data allowance has been bumped up with excess data charges reduced from $0.10 per MB to $0.02 per MB.

USB modem is free on the $29, $39 and $49 plans on a 12-month contract.
