Engin (ASX:ENG) company director, Rohan Lund, has departed after spending four years in the role.
The company has appointed three new directors to its board: Charles Solomon, Timothy Howard and Martin Mercer.
In September, Engin appointed Charles Solomon as its CEO to lead a restructure and turnaround of the company.
At the board level, Howard replaces Lund.
Howard is currently the general manager of finance for vividwireless and has had a close involvement in the company’s business operations since the investment in the company of Seven Networks.
Mercer joins the board bringing a wealth of experience in areas such as marketing, sales and business development.
He is currently the director and CEO of vividwireless.
