Hitachi Global Storage Technologies (GST) has extended its Partners Privilege program and added new incentives for resellers.
Resellers, system integrators, system builders and retailers can now earn points by selling a wide range of Hitachi GST desktop, mobile and external hard drive products. Qualified members can redeem debit cards stored with the dollar equivalent to their reward points and make purchases with the cards.
“By expanding [the program] into Australia we hope to capitalise on growing opportunities in the consumer and commercial market by developing our relationship with our Australian partners,” Hitachi GST Asia-Pacific south distribution director, David Chua, said. “It is a long-term customer loyalty program that provides its partners with the tools needed to grow their business and enhance their bottom line.
“We will continue to enhance the Partners Privilege program to make it more relevant to our channel.”
The program is made of three tiers: Platinum, Gold and Members. Each level offers differentiated benefits where Platinum and Gold members are entitled to bonus reward points every quarter, on top of their regular reward points. There are also quarterly exclusive promotions allowing members the chance to earn more rewards on top of the regular and tiered bonus rewards. The levels are based on the total number of sales made within a quarter.
An online rewards system has also been set up where resellers can access information on sales data, reward points, promotions, sales and marketing tools and product announcements.
